According to BianKO's mob pages, these mobs have Old earrings, necklaces, rings, belts and pendants in their drop list; the pages show no map or drop rate. Nothing else among the 1,621 mob records drops an Old item.
The Rampage Orc records
| Record (id) | Level | HP | AC | Main drop | Group drop |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| [BOSS] Rampage Orc (8809) | 83 | 35,000 | 300 | Spell Stone Powder | 58 Old items (15 belts, 14 earrings, 14 necklaces, 12 rings, 3 pendants) |
| [PARTY] Rampage Orc (8891) | 83 | 599,816 | 1,850 | Spell Stone Powder, Gold Coin, Silver Bar | 30 Old items + 13 plain accessories and Scorpion Shield |
Both records drop Spell Stone Powder as a main drop, so Rampage Orc also doubles as a skill material farm. The [PARTY] version has roughly seventeen times the HP of the [BOSS] one but a shorter Old list. If you're after Old necklaces, the [BOSS] record is the one to hunt.

|---|---|---|---|
| Forgotten Accessory Box | 51 Old + plain accessories | 0.024%–3.696% (Old Platinum Earring 3.696%, Old Crystal Earring 2%, Old Agility Necklace 1.957%) | No mob page drops it |
| Random Item Exchange Gem | 61 Old | 0.131%–0.287% (top: Old Priest Pendant) | Pride (5801) main drop |

| Platinum Exchange Box | 5 Old earrings | 0.02% each (Old Bronze, Crystal, Gold, Platinum, Warriors Earring) | The site doesn't list it |
The percentages in these containers don't add up to 100%, so read them as relative odds. Old Imir Ring, Old Shio Tears and Old Flame Ring aren't on either Rampage Orc list; you'll only find them in these containers.
Converting Old accessories to plain ones
The OASIS feature list includes a system to turn Old accessories into plain ones. BianKO never published the details, so the NPC, the material and the cost aren't listed anywhere on the site. For upgrading jewelry, the cap is +3 and it uses Accessory Compound Scroll.
