The mob pages show no spawn location and no drop rate, and the database keeps old entries under the same names; the site doesn't say which one spawns. BianKO's site doesn't say what these four items do either: the exchange page only lists their type as Misc, with no description.

Potion of Wisdom 54 entries, all main drops Abyss Gem 11.16%

Abyss Gem's rates add up to 99.5%, so they hold together; the ornament box's percentages don't add up to 100%, so read those as relative odds. 21 entries have Abyss Gem as a main drop, and the highest-level ones are Blood Tail (1821, 1822) and Trap (1901) at level 120 with 90,936 HP. Inside Abyss Gem, Upgrade Scroll leads at 11.169%, with the three waters and potions right behind at 11.16%.

  • The Lizardman line: Lizardman Captain (4803 / 4853, level 125), Lizardman Warrior (4802 / 4852, 120) and Lizardman (4801 / 4851, 110), all with Blessed Reduce Scroll on the main list as well.
