The table stops at +5, with no rows beyond it. The upgrade page isn't linked from the site menu (the menu's "Upgrade Oranları" link goes to another site), but the page is live on BianKO's own domain and these numbers come from it.

What is a reverse item

The scroll's tooltip is a single line: "Transforms high-level, unique items to reverse items." So it's meant for high-level uniques, and the upgrade page gives its success rates from +1 to +5. What stats a reverse item gets and which uniques can be converted aren't explained anywhere on the site.

On the exchange page the only item tagged "Reverse" is the Transformation Totem (its tooltip also says "Ring"). It shows up in Fragment of Avarice at 0.006% and Fragment of Jealousy at 0.002%, and both Fragments are group drops from Wrath (6001, level 88). What the totem does isn't listed.

The Reverse Scroll itself isn't sold in the Power Up Store and doesn't appear on any mob or exchange page, so the site gives no source for it.

Should you use Trina

Trina doubles every step: it turns +1→+2 into a sure thing and lifts the next three steps from 25% to 50%. A Trinas Piece is 60 AB in the store, and the only mob page that lists it is Atross (1402, level 83).

Each attempt costs 1,000,000 coins. The page doesn't say what happens to the item on a fail (burn or downgrade), so you can't work out the real cost of a no-Trina attempt from the site alone.

Each Reverse step is 1,000,000 coins, against 400,000 for Blessed +4→+5 and 75,000 per step for the plain Upgrade Scroll. Reverse upgrades cost more and, past +2, succeed less often.
