Step by step

  1. Go to Bahçe and kill the 7 Sins: Pride, Gluttony, Wrath, Sloth, Lust, Envy and Greed. All of them have Dragon Certificate in their basic drop.
  2. Pick up Silver Bars from the same mobs; each attempt needs 2.
  3. Buy 1 Fantastic Item from the Sundires NPC.
  4. Optional: add a Shadow Piece from the Power Up Store (60 AB) to double the rate.
  5. Put Dragon Certificate + Fantastic Item + 2 Silver Bars (+ Shadow Piece) into Shozin and craft.

The recipe arrived with the April 25, 2025 patch, in the same note as the Ruler weapon craft.

The 7 Sins mobs that drop Dragon Certificate

All seven are level 83 and share the same basic drop list: Blessed Upgrade Scroll, Dragon Certificate and Silver Bar. Their group drop has 100 KC Voucher, 250 KC Voucher, Dark Fragment of Pride and Dark Fragment of Gluttony.

7 Sins mob pages (Dragon Certificate droppers)
MobidLevelHPAC
Pride 5851 83 75,000 1,615
Gluttony 5951 83 70,775 1,745
Wrath 6051 83 86,009 1,951
Sloth 6151 83 89,203 1,700
Lust 6251 83 82,533 1,800
Envy 6351 83 96,000 1,900
Greed 6451 83 99,000 2,100

Gluttony is the softest target (70,775 HP) and Greed the tankiest (99,000 HP). The database also has other entries with the same names (Pride to Greed as 8950-8956, plus Pride 5801) that don't list Dragon Certificate. Since mob pages show neither zone nor drop rate, the site doesn't tell you which entry is the one spawning in Bahçe.

Where is Bahçe

The patch note only says "Bahçe" (Turkish for garden), and the same patch lists a drop buff for "CZ Bahçe and Bowl". BianKO's own Spell Stone Powder table also places the Bahçe (Daily Quest) entry in Ronark Land.

Extra loot from the 7 Sins

Even without a certificate, every kill can give a Blessed Upgrade Scroll or a Silver Bar, so this farm also covers the Silver Bars you need for Ruler crafts. The Dark Fragment of Pride and Dark Fragment of Gluttony from the group list open through the exchange page; the contents shown there include Armor/Weapon Enchant Scrolls, Nightmare Crystal, Blessed Upgrade Scroll, Chitin Shell/Complete (+5) pieces and +5 weapons.

The site doesn't list which armor piece a craft gives, the armor stats, or the Fantastic Item price.
