Step by step

  1. Go to Bowl and farm the Bowl Guard mobs. They are the Ruler Box source.
  2. Bring 1 Silver Bar per attempt. The 7 Sins mobs have Silver Bar in their basic drop list.
  3. Optional: buy a Shadow Piece from the Power Up Store (60 AB) to double the rate.
  4. Put the Ruler Box + 1 Silver Bar (+ Shadow Piece) into Shozin and craft.
  5. On a success you get a random Ruler weapon. You can't pick which one.

The system went live with the April 25, 2025 patch, announced as a batch of changes for the second week of the OASIS server. The patch note says every Ruler weapon can come out of a Ruler Box.

Which mob drops the Ruler Box

The patch note calls the mob "Bowl Guard", while the mob database lists the Ruler Box dropper as "Bowl Mafia" (id 9054). The mob page has no zone field, so "Bowl" from the patch note is the only location info the site gives.

The same mob also drops the Draki Box, so one Bowl session feeds both the Ruler craft and the Draki Pendant craft. The mob pages show no drop rates. The April 25 patch also listed a drop buff for "CZ Bahçe and Bowl".

Boss route: Yellow Sand

If you would rather skip the Shozin gamble, Yellow Sand, added as a "special boss" on April 25, has +1 Ruler of the Legend weapons in its group drop list.

Next to the Rulers, the group list has +1 accessories: Ring of Courage, Ring of Life, Ring of Magic, Heros Valor, Legionnaire Band, String of Skulls, Leech Kings Earrings, Shio Tears, Imir Ring, Flame Ring and more. The site doesn't list where or when Yellow Sand spawns.

Upgrading your Ruler

The item upgrade cap on BianKO is +8. With a Blessed Upgrade Scroll, +6 to +7 is 15% (30% with Trina) and +7 to +8 is 2% (4% with Trina). At launch, +8 High Class upgrades were locked for the first 2 weeks. The full table with coin costs is on the upgrade rates page.

FAQ

Can I choose which Ruler weapon I get from a Ruler Box?
No, the Shozin result is random. If you want a specific weapon, you keep crafting with new boxes and Silver Bars.
Do I lose the Ruler Box and Silver Bar on a failed craft?
The patch note doesn't say what is consumed on a fail. Check the item tooltip before you commit.
Where do I get a Shadow Piece?
In the Only AB tab of the Power Up Store for 60 AB. The Trinas Piece costs the same but is for upgrades; the patch note ties the doubled craft rate to the Shadow Piece.
What plus level is a crafted Ruler weapon?
The patch note doesn't give it. The Ruler of the Legend weapons in Yellow Sand's group drop are listed as (+1).
