Everything here comes from BianKO's mob pages, which show no drop rates, spawn points or times. There are three records named Halloween Pumpkin, but only the one tagged [Event] has anything on its drop list.

Halloween Pumpkin (8639) 70 50,000 5,000 4,978 None

Neither of the two records with drops has a group drop; those two items are the whole list. Both have a damage value of 100, against 1 on the older Pumpkin records. Chef has half the [Event] Pumpkin's HP and gives no coins. The two older Pumpkins show an empty list despite 50,000 HP.

Which event is Halloween part of?

Halloween isn't on the 16-event list from BianKO's OASIS launch material; that list has names like Santa Event and Bowl Event, but no Halloween. The site doesn't say which event, map or time spawns [Event] Halloween Pumpkin, and it doesn't tie Chef to an event either.

PK Paket and the 100 KC Voucher

PK Paket's tooltip has only two lines: 'Unique' and 'Weight : 0.10'. There's no PK Paket container on the exchange page and the Power Up Store doesn't sell it, so what it gives is unknown. Don't confuse it with the VIP Package or Farm Package, whose contents were published separately.

The 100 KC Voucher tooltip reads 'Quest' and 'Weight : 0.10'. The store sells it for 110 KC (the forum list says 100). Besides Halloween Pumpkin and Chef, the 7 Sins mobs (5851–6451) and Mini Santa (2708) also have 100 KC Vouchers in their group drop.
