They fall into three groups. Ruler Box and Draki Box are the craft boxes for Ruler weapons and the Draki Pendant, both main drops of Bowl Mafia alongside Weapon breaker(+3). The seven quest items are main drops of regular mobs. The last two are typed Cospre: Yemeksepeti 150 TL Kupon has nothing in its tooltip besides Max Durability 7,200, and the site doesn't say what it does. [Arty] Offline Merchanting costs 1 KC in the store and shows the same 7,200 durability.

All 16 also have 'Number of seal item needed to unbound: 10'. Not every Old accessory binds, though: the Old dragon necklaces, Old Fire, Ice and Kekuri Belt, Old Harpys Belt, Old Platinum Earring and many other Old items have no bind line.

What it means in practice

  • Cannot be traded or sold: you can't hand the item to another player in a trade, and you can't sell it. Whoever loots a Ruler Box or Draki Box does the craft; don't look for these on merchants.
  • The tooltip says nothing about storing the item in the bank or moving it between characters on the same account.
  • Bound accessories: per the tooltip, the bind starts when you equip it. An unequipped Old accessory has no trade restriction line.
  • Unbinding: the tooltip asks for 10 seal items but the site never says what a seal item is. The store sells a Seal Exchange Voucher for 100 KC and a Medium Level Seal Exchange Coupon for 250 KC; the site doesn't say they're used for unbinding.

KC vouchers (100, 250, 2,750 and 5,500 KC Voucher), Dragon Certificate, Dungeon Key, Gold Bar, Silver Bar and Spell Stone Powder have no trade restriction in their tooltips.

FAQ

Can I give a Ruler Box to my other character?
Not by trading, the tooltip blocks it. The site mentions no other way to move it.
Can I sell an Old accessory before equipping it?
The tooltip only says it binds once equipped and sets no limit before that. The site has no separate market or merchant rule for it.
What is a seal item and where do you get one?
The site doesn't define it. The tooltip only says you need 10 of them to unbind.
Can Offline Merchanting be passed to another character?
No, its tooltip also says Cannot be traded or sold. Each character buys its own from the store.
