Both towers have Event in the name, but BianKO's list of 16 events has nothing called Event Tower, and the site doesn't say which event they belong to. The mob pages also show no spawn location and no drop rate.

There are older look-alike entries as well: 6 Guard Tower entries (6701, 6751, 8618 and 8619 at level 110 with 35,850 HP; 9278 and 9279 at level 12), all with empty drop lists.

Bowl Mafia is the database name for the mob the 25 and 28 April 2025 news posts call Bowl Guard; those posts say the Bowl mobs drop Ruler Box and Draki Box. The site never links the Bowl Event from the event list to this mob.

Dark Fragment of Gluttony comes from the group drop of the 7 Sins mobs in Bahçe. Its percentages don't add up to 100%, so read them as relative odds; Weapon breaker sits among the rarest items in that box.

Is there a difference between Weapon breaker(+1) and (+3)?
Yes. Per the item box, the +1 has 47 Attack Power and needs 156 Dexterity, the +3 has 55 Attack Power and needs 164 Dexterity; both need level 48. The +1 shows up on the tower and in Dark Fragment of Gluttony, the +3 only on Bowl Mafia.
