Mob data comes from the /guide/mobs pages on BianKO's own website, box contents from its Gems and Fragments Drop page. Mob pages show no drop rate or spawn zone, and the site never names Krowaz's map. The database also keeps old unused entries; the name Krowaz appears under three ids.
Krowaz entries
| Entry (id) | Level | HP | Main drop |
|---|---|---|---|
| Krowaz (8866) | 150 | 520,000 | Nightmare Crystal, Krowazs Fantastic Cube |
| Krowaz (8601) | 60 | 30,000 | — |
| Krowaz (9298) | 12 | 114 | — |
| Krowaz's Chest (8626) | 12 | 114 | — |
| [Field Boss] Shadow of Krowaz (9276) | 12 | 114 | — |
Only 8866 has drops. It has no group drop, 2,500 AC and 9,700 coins. At level 150 it's the highest-level entry on the boss list; Volcanic Rock (3891) from the same table is level 110.
Other sources of Krowazs Fantastic Cube
Krowazs Fantastic Cube is also in the group drop of <HUMAN> Silver Cavalry (9932) and <KARUS> Golden Horse (9940). Both are level 83 with 40,236 HP; their main drop is Dredium collected from horns and Drakis Flame Pocket, and their group drop adds Spell Stone Powder. The cube's contents aren't on the Gems and Fragments Drop page.
Nightmare Crystal in Fragment boxes
The page's percentages don't add up to 100%: every item in Fragment of Avarice together comes to about 2.7%. Read the numbers as relative odds. The page doesn't say which NPC opens these boxes.
| Box | Nightmare Crystal | Where the box drops |
|---|---|---|
| Fragment of Avarice | 1.416% | Wrath (6001) group drop |
| Fragment of Jealousy | 0.91% | Wrath (6001) group drop |
| Fragment of Lechery | 0.79% | Wrath (6001) group drop |

In Fragment of Avarice, Jealousy, Lechery and Sloth, Nightmare Crystal is the top-rate item, followed by +3 Chitin Shell pieces, +3 weapons and uniques such as Elysium, Avedon, Foverin and Garp. Dark Fragment of Greed can also give a Dark Fragment of Envy.
What is Nightmare Crystal used for
BianKO's site doesn't say which craft or quest uses Nightmare Crystal. The April 25, 2025 Dragon Armor recipe calls for a Fantastic Item bought from Sundires; the patch note doesn't say whether that is the same thing as Krowazs Fantastic Cube.
