Item rental and the Staff converter

Item rental went live with the April 28, 2025 patch: buy a Stone of Mage from Sundires, put it in Shozin and you get +7 armor, a +7 weapon and +0 accessories. The patch note doesn't say which staff.

The Power Up Store sells the Staff of ‹selfname› Converter for 999 KC. Random Item Exchange Gem lists Staff of ‹selfname›(+1) at 0.523% and Pole of ‹selfname›(+1) at 0.164%, both typed as Staff. The site doesn't explain what the converter does.

The site doesn't list it. Mob pages only show which staves drop.
Where do I get a +5 Elixir Staff?
Mob pages only have Elixir Staff at +1. The +5 is in Random Item Exchange Gem, the Golden Star / Red Bow / Tinsel Ornament (0.068%) and the Pride, Gluttony, Envy and Greed Dark Fragments.
Where do the Erenion staves drop?
Glacier, Lightning and Wreath of Erenion aren't on any mob page. The highest listed rate is in Black Treasure Chest (2.381%), and they also sit in Random Item Exchange Gem and the Ornament box.
Do Chaotic, Oasis or Scorching Staff drop?
Not from mobs. All three are in the colored Gem lists, at the lowest rates shown on the site.
