On BianKO's mob pages, 79 entries drop an item with pendant in its name. The pages show no drop rate and no spawn location, and the database keeps several old entries under the same name; the site doesn't say which of them actually spawns. Level 70+ and main-drop entries come first below.

Old pendants and exchange boxes
On the mob pages, Old Warrior, Old Elemental and Old Priest Pendant only show up on Rampage Orc: the group drops of [BOSS] Rampage Orc (8809) and [PARTY] Rampage Orc (8891). Three boxes on the exchange page contain pendants:
| Box | Pendants and rates | Where the box comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Forgotten Accessory Box | Priest Pendant 0.217%; Elemental, Old Elemental and Old Priest Pendant 0.087%; Warrior and Old Warrior Pendant 0.024% | No mob page drops it |
| Golden Star / Red Bow / Tinsel Ornament | Lobo Pendant 0.709%; Lupus and Lycaon Pendant 0.507%; Old Elemental 0.135%; Old Priest and Old Warrior 0.068% | Snowman (2701, 2702) |
| Random Item Exchange Gem | Old Priest 0.287%; Old Elemental 0.195%; Old Warrior 0.164% | Main drop of Pride (5801) |
The percentages in these three boxes don't add up to 100%, so read them as relative odds.
Draki Pendant
The Draki Pendant isn't on any of the 1,621 mob entries or in any exchange box. Per the April 28, 2025 update you put a Draki Box from the Bowl Guards in Bowl plus 1x Platinum Bar (10 GB) into Shozin: 50% flat, 100% with a Shadow Piece. In the mob database the entry that drops the Draki Box is Bowl Mafia (9054).
