Launch times are Turkey time (GMT+3). The pre-launch promo image was clear: you start at level 1 with skills locked. Ten days after launch, the April 28 patch changed that in one line, item three: "Starting level fixed at 83". BianKO posted the note both on its site and on its forum.

The patch doesn't say what happened to characters that were still low level at the time, or whether a level 83 start comes with skills unlocked. What is certain: the latest rule on the site is a level 83 start.

83 is also the OASIS level cap ("83 level character, REB 6 max"). A new character starts at the cap, and progression moves to rebirths (up to 6), gear and skills.

For farming, the level 83 mobs are open from day one: the 7 Sins in the garden (Pride, Gluttony, Wrath, Sloth, Lust, Envy, Greed) and Havoc, Cruel, Enigma and Hellfire in Ronark Land are all level 83 on BianKO's mob pages, so Dragon Certificate and Spell Stone Powder farming is within reach right away.

The full starter item list had its own forum thread, "BianKO starter items"; the forum is offline and the list isn't on the site. The site also doesn't say whether the gifts changed after April 28, 2025.

First steps at level 83

  1. Unlock skills: skill quests take Spell Stone Powder (level 70 quest 5, 72 quest 7, 75 quest 10, 80 quest 15). Powder drops at 10% from Havoc, Cruel, Enigma and Hellfire in Ronark Land, and at 100% from Chaos Stone.
  2. Rent gear: buy your class stone (Stone of Warrior, Rogue, Mage or Priest) from Sundires and put it into Shozin for +7 armor, a +7 weapon and +0 accessories. Rental also arrived with the April 28, 2025 patch.
  3. Run quests: daily repeatable, daily solo, Monster Stone, Draki Tower, Delos and mob quests run 24/7. The April 28 patch also removed the time limit on Buss quests.
  4. Try builds: skill resets are free; perks are open from week two and a reset costs 1 GB.

What is the max level on BianKO?
83. Rebirth goes up to 6; the launch info calls it "REB 6 max".
Were old characters raised to level 83 too?
The patch only covers the starting level of new characters. There's no separate line for existing ones.
Are skills unlocked at the start on BianKO?
At launch they were locked and opened through Spell Stone Powder quests. The patch doesn't say whether the level 83 start changed that.
Is a skill reset free on BianKO?
Yes, on OASIS it costs nothing. The perk reset is the paid one (1 GB).
