The limit is in the server info of the OASIS launch thread on BianKO's forum (April 2025) and in the "multi client and IP limit" box of the promo image, which says you can enter the game with 3 characters from each computer and at most 6 from each IP.

There are two layers: the PC cap counts per device, the IP cap per internet connection. Everyone behind the same router shares one pool of 6, so two people playing from the same house split those 6 slots. The site doesn't say how the server identifies a device.
Which client BianKO uses
According to the launch info, BianKO runs the latest USKO client with a DirectX 11 update, pitched as the most stable client with high FPS and no stutter or freezes. The posters say "DX11 USKO CLIENT" and "one-to-one USKO client".
The site's download page ("How do I start playing") currently shows an empty table: no download link and no system requirements.

Rules for running multiple clients
- The user agreement bans all third-party software; the only exception is key-combo software that ships with hardware like a mouse or pedal.
- Buying or selling GB, items, characters or KC for real money is banned, and caught accounts are suspended indefinitely.
- The register page asks you not to reuse IDs and passwords from other servers. The site recommends OTP, and accounts without it are the player's own responsibility.
- Account details aren't to be shared; if you share them, that's on you. Each sign-up form also asks for a separate item lock password and a secret question, so keep those different from account to account.
A few ARTY features help when you run several windows: F12 hides the client, F10 hides skill effects, objects, emblems, capes, Pathos and Valkyrie, and a re-connect system handles dropped connections. The Power Up Store sells [Arty] Offline Merchanting and Slave Merchant Scroll for 1 KC; whether a merchant character counts toward the client limit isn't stated on the site.
