White Tiger's tooltip has no weapon type line, so apart from the DEX requirement and 1.50 range the site doesn't say which class it's for. The April 25, 2025 patch note says Ruler Box gives "all Ruler weapons", yet there's no priest weapon on the Yellow Sand list.

Which Pegasus staff?

Pegasus comes as three separate items. Ice hits hardest at 104 attack power and is the only Ruler with Defense Ability 2, but it asks for INT 160 and Magic Power 110. Fire and Lightning sit at 97 attack power with 30 element damage and only need INT 112 and Magic Power 106. Ice's Glacier Damage is 10.

Blue Dragon(+1) has 4 more attack power than Glave(+4), which needs the same STR 202, and 2 less than Glave(+5). Worm's +7 Hepas weapons beat the Ruler in all three comparisons. The Rulers carry element damage, though; the Glave and Hepas weapons don't.

  • Yellow Sand (9011): level 80, 4,525,635 HP. All seven Rulers are in its group drop at +1.
  • Ruler Box: main drop of Bowl Mafia (9054). Its tooltip says "Cannot be traded or sold"; Ruler Box + 1x Silver Bar in Shozin gives a random Ruler at 3%, or 6% with Shadow Piece.

FAQ

What level do you need for a Ruler weapon?
Every Ruler tooltip has a Required Level 80 line. On top of that each weapon has its own stat requirement, for example DEX 172 for Serpent.
Can I sell a Ruler Box?
No. The Ruler Box tooltip carries the "Cannot be traded or sold" line. The Ruler weapons' own tooltips don't have that line.
Is there a Ruler weapon for priests?
Not on the Yellow Sand list: warriors get a Long Spear, rogues a Crossbow and a Dagger, mages three Pegasus staffs, plus White Tiger with no type listed.
What's the Ruler drop rate?
The site doesn't list it. Mob pages only show the item list; the only published rate is for the Shozin craft.
